  • Free delivery within a radius of 10 kms from Road No.10, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad. Extra charges applicable for delivery beyond.
  •  Free delivery between 10 AM and 7 PM from Mondays to Saturdays. Extra charges applicable for delivery at other timings and on Sundays.

Standard shipping timelines for this gift are 2-3 days in metro cities and 3-6 days in non-metro cities.

Customisation details required for this surprise can be uploaded in the order form immediately after the payment is completed.

In case you’re busy then, we can also email you the order form. But it’ll save you time to fill the order form immediately after ordering. 🙂

Refund Policy

In case of cancellation by client
Orders cancelled by the client BEFORE 72 hours of the date of experience will be refunded in full.

Orders cancelled WITHIN 72 hours of the date of experience will be refunded 70% of the amount. For the balance 30%, a voucher will be issued, which you can use for booking any other gift/experience over the next 6 months.

In case of cancellation by Oye Happy
If the order is cancelled by Oye Happy owing to unforeseen circumstances, you can opt for a full refund or for another surprise. A dedicated Happiness Consultant will help you in such a situation.
