– Christmas time is here and it can never be the same without carols! Get a professional guitarist and a singer to sing a few carols to brighten up the Christmas spirit.

– At a time of your choice, the artists will knock on the special person’s door (or any other place). The moment your loved one appears, they will begin the performance.

– To make this surprise even more special, an adorable gift called ‘Mail from North Pole’ will also be gifted to your loved one after the performance.

Specifications:

– The entire performance will last upto 15 mins. The songs will be sung in English only.

– Extra charges may apply as per the location you want the surprise in. Performance within 5km radius of Banjara Hills, Road No.10, will not be charged extra for.

– Orders cancelled by the client BEFORE 72 hours of the date of experience will be refunded in full.

– Orders cancelled WITHIN 72 hours of the date of experience will be refunded 70% of the amount. Voucher for the remaining 30% will be generated for the client to redeem for any other gift/experience over the next 6 months.

Refund policy in case of cancellation by Oye Happy:
– In case the experience has to be cancelled by Oye Happy owing to unforeseen circumstances, full refund will be offered to the client.

In case of cancellation by client
Orders cancelled by the client BEFORE 72 hours of the date of experience will be refunded in full.

Orders cancelled WITHIN 72 hours of the date of experience will be refunded 70% of the amount. For the balance 30%, a voucher will be issued, which you can use for booking any other gift/experience over the next 6 months.

In case of cancellation by Oye Happy
If the order is cancelled by Oye Happy owing to unforeseen circumstances, you can opt for a full refund or for another surprise. A dedicated Happiness Consultant will help you in such a situation.
