– As a boarding shelter for pets, they have at least 3 to 4 dogs at any given point of time – including a Husky and a Golden Retriever. The dogs will be let loose in an open garden area so you can spend some quality time with them.

– A caretaker will be available for assistance with handling the dogs.

–  The dog shelter is located at Veerbhadra Nagar, Baner, Pune. Exact venue and contact details will be shared after the booking has been made.

–  Book your slot between 10:30 AM – 1:00 PM or between 5 PM – 9 PM. The choice of slot can be made in the order form after the payment page.

Refund Policy

In case of cancellation by client
Orders cancelled by the client BEFORE 72 hours of the date of experience will be refunded in full.

Orders cancelled WITHIN 72 hours of the date of experience will be refunded 70% of the amount. For the balance 30%, a voucher will be issued, which you can use for booking any other gift/experience over the next 6 months.

In case of cancellation by Oye Happy
If the order is cancelled by Oye Happy owing to unforeseen circumstances, you can opt for a full refund or for another surprise. A dedicated Happiness Consultant will help you in such a situation.
