– Venue is Fisherman’s Cove in Vivanta by Taj. Pictures on this website are from an actual date and the same experience will be replicated for you.

– Available on all days between 8 PM and 11 30 PM.

– Booking, once made, can be postponed with a prior notice of 48 hours.

– During the ordering process, you may have to share your delivery address. It’s a mere formality and no gift or invoice shall be sent to the shipping address.

– These packages are not applicable for universally celebrated days like New Year’s eve, Christmas, etc.

– A dedicated Happiness Consultant will confirm availability with our partner and get back to you within 8 working hours, for you to order this surprise.

– Once confirmed, add the surprise to cart, select the date of the experience on the calendar in the shipping details page and proceed with payment.

– The time slot can be chosen in the order form after the payment page.

– A dedicated happiness consultant will mail you the experience partner’s contact and venue details 72 hours before the surprise.

Customisation details required for this surprise can be uploaded in the order form immediately after the payment is completed.

In case you’re busy then, we can also email you the order form. But it’ll save you time to fill the order form immediately after ordering. 🙂

Refund Policy

In case of cancellation by client
Orders cancelled by the client BEFORE 72 hours of the date of experience will be refunded in full.

Orders cancelled WITHIN 72 hours of the date of experience will be refunded 70% of the amount. For the balance 30%, a voucher will be issued, which you can use for booking any other gift/experience over the next 6 months.

In case of cancellation by Oye Happy
If the order is cancelled by Oye Happy owing to unforeseen circumstances, you can opt for a full refund or for another surprise. A dedicated Happiness Consultant will help you in such a situation.
